　　学校概况 (About Us)

　　北大附属嘉兴实验学校，是由嘉兴经济开发区政府和北大青鸟文教集团共同合作创办的一所集幼儿园、小学、初中、高中为一体的国际化新型学校。学校位于嘉兴国际商务区内，总用地面积10万平方米，总建筑面积约12万平方米，可容纳近3000名学生就读，已于2016年9月正式开学。

　　Peking University Experimental School (Jiaxing)is an international new model of school serving students from kindergarten through Grade 12. The school is jointly founded by Beida Jade Culture and Education Group and Jiaxing Economic Development Zone. The school is located at Jiaxing International Business Zone, covering an area of 100,000 square meters, with 120,000 square meters of construction area, and it has the capacity to accommodate up to 3000 students. The school has officially started to operate in September, 2016.

　　Our objectives are based on Chinese traditions using, holistic education practices to cultivate a student achieving his best in morals, talents, communication, aesthetics and physical capability. We offer extensive and selected courses to help students to understand culture diversity, to cultivate an understanding of cross-cultural communication and to promote exchange and communication in different languages, for the purpose of developing students’ international-mindedness.

　　Peking University Experimental School (Jiaxing) is currently in the process of authorization with the IB for the Diploma Programme and is integrating the Chinese National Curriculum for the rest of its International Division. This will allow talented students to successfully apply to world famous university. It will cultivate students’ academic competitive abilities, help students adapt and excel within different environments, and develop superior leadership skills.

　　岗位需求(Qualifications)

　　一、生活导师：(周日至周五需住校，周五晚可回家，周日下午返校)

　　学历：大专及以上学历，具有教师资格证，英语流利者优先

　　1. 负责住宿生日常生活方面的指导

　　2. 加强住宿生的内务管理，做好相应检查，登记记录

　　3. 关心住宿生身体健康，促进其养成良好生活习惯

　　4.开展相应社团课，丰富住宿生活

　　Boarding Teacher(Boarding at school from Sunday to Friday)

　　Qualifications: College degree or above with teaching certification

　　Standard mandarin pronunciation，English is preferred

　　1. Daily life guidance for boarders

　　2. Enhancing boarders’ internal-management, checking and recording it accordingly

　　3. Caring about borders, facilitating the cultivation of good habits

　　4. Carrying out community activities or lessons, enriching the boarding life

　　二 、国际部助教

　　英语流利, 请发送中英文双语简历, 本科以及以上，有海外留学经验者优先

　　1.课前课室布置、教材和教具等教学准备工作

　　2. 与外教沟通、协调教学相关内容

　　3.了解学员情况，负责课堂翻译

　　4.协助外教进行课堂分组教学活动

　　5.协助外教参加各种学校活动

　　Bachelor degree or above, Bilingual resume is needed.

　　Excellent in English, TEM-8, overseas experience is preferred.

　　1. Help foreign teachers with various school activities

　　2. Lesson plan and preparation of all relevant teaching materials

　　3. Communicate with Foreign Teachers，coordinate all relevant materials

　　4. Getting to know each student and responsible for translating in each class

　　5. Help foreign teachers with group activities

　　三、区域招生主管：

　　岗位职责：

　　1、制定区域招生计划

　　2、部署区域招生工作(行动，包括宣传/员工培训/战略指挥/招生活动等)

　　3、学校的品牌形象维护(广告/市场活动/对外接待)

　　4、完成校长交办的其它各项工作。

　　胜任条件：

　　1、在本地教育行业有很不错的人脉资源;

　　2、能够与教育主管部门、学校校长、班主任建立很好的联系;

　　3、核心管理岗位，需要较强的计划性，思路清晰;团队管理能力;

　　4、大学本科以上;形象气质佳;

　　四、咨询师主管

　　岗位职责：

　　1、安排咨询师接听客户的教育咨询电话，并提供专业的教育咨询服务;

　　2、约访家长带孩子上门并对学生的学习状况做详细的分析诊断

　　3、给孩子制定符合其个性特征的辅导方案，并与家长签订辅导协议;

　　4、跟踪客户辅导项目实施及客户维护，协调教务工作，保证服务质量。

　　5、组织咨询师的监督和学习。

　　6、带领团队做好咨询工作。

　　胜任条件：

　　1、对基础教育有较深入的理解，

　　2、沟通能力较强，能够与家长、学部实现前后的实时沟通;

　　3、30-45岁，形象气质佳

　　4、需要具备队伍带练的能力;

　　5、若对于子女出国有着丰富经验，或者本人有过留学经历者，优先考虑;

　　6、有过相同国际学校咨询方面的经历者，优先考虑;

　　五、区域招生专员

　　岗位职责：

　　1、区域市场的开发与拓展工作(包含市场调研/制定拓展计划及具体目标/开展市场活动/完成目标生源转化等)

　　2、建立和维护好与招生单位的合作

　　3、完成招办主管交办的各项任务

　　胜任条件：

　　1、Marketing经验(2年以上)

　　2、本科以上学历，优秀者可放宽至大专

　　3、对所负责区域内习俗等文化环境非常熟悉

　　4、形象/气质俱佳

　　5、具有一定的英语文书和交流的能力(优先)
